Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

1 X6 d7 ` v( o1 b. Y8 fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5 F7 D8 o* g S' n2 T1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

' Z- Y" t' k h& H, R2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ' [" p% {" f5 c: m' o
bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

. l$ U* x1 B0 P, K f4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
5 `) T* l& Q" O- t2 _4 B! F% gattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
7 v" G5 U _) x; nseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
8 N, }5 T2 r [4 }( C% D: E0 A ]; Ustorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
7 S6 _ c' ?' b6 H7 M( W# Jproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.- F: m- _* W$ l: v
8 `( A" b! y; }% D0 g# l6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
. X: e! |/ I5 ?0 \0 kmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 8 u# W9 h7 a. w- Q* l
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

QUALIFICATIONS:

0 O: r* W, _5 f" w9 G4 Q2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 6 S- }: F+ V4 K
