1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 2 w: D+ D4 w$ T! E

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular $ v( A" \1 c% f6 S) ?

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
@ g+ u7 N* X. ^storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol " y+ F1 ~- D7 v8 Y9 \ R6 J, F
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.: x, |( ^! a/ g1 ]
+ M7 `" i, n+ Z6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
