DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 `: G2 ^1 O6 w; G+ o7 k* _1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and : O9 t$ ~/ F/ S; | h

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 2 H' Z/ W- Y9 n/ c% S/ e
bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of # A* W9 I. T( U J* s. O: G
each shift, and upon closing.& S2 o$ h4 d3 g8 B
, f8 M0 Z! ?+ F E+ |2 d4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 9 z8 R6 Y% ~ d6 R, p0 W: A; H
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 1 r$ I. G1 k0 r0 l$ r! j( d9 v
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.# s( R6 t/ b; J7 e0 v! t
5 q z# m4 f1 b3 l5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in ?* I# Y* W6 N- y
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
( Y" W$ k% m& Bproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

+ T, K( X9 {; ^% m" R6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
; Y- T2 m& T& A ?4 I8 Q: Kmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

7 x& A: T- }3 p2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume # v) {' f2 k" U0 c# {, n y

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
