JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, * e; y+ O: ]8 x: d- S, ?8 M9 E
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ O7 A# Y# v' Y4 {2 t1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and , x5 R) ^. h& x7 e4 V/ o
beverage items.8 R9 z/ \& W1 q* b$ s
) A4 E _5 {( X2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
1 M7 \3 r: R1 ^$ Cbar and debit floats.

+ d' q' A# N6 R; A" m3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
( o6 r+ d( E& P. N Q5 X5 `5 ^: `each shift, and upon closing.. Y; j1 N- a' ?

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
$ D8 g6 h0 o2 E: q; z+ H0 j0 Rattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and + @3 C' M$ T; Y5 K9 |* I2 u
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.. |% \0 y# b) F3 w' J9 n4 |
- D; a' E; Z6 H' a" E5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in - e6 p& Z6 e7 ^
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close , f! O" F$ Z! [/ Z$ C3 l2 Z, p5 H

high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in * ?2 N. w" H+ A( @5 j2 O. v
accordance with Students' Union policies.

* T8 g4 I m6 L7 z2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 3 s! b8 g7 u& M8 E7 O2 J9 k& E
operation.
