Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for 2 Z! y& q4 ~& H# Z/ t
carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

' i# z1 S* |8 |( [/ K7 [& U4 F% B2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a ' K/ Y7 E3 h/ A& H! d8 T
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in 4 a" i1 T5 m3 y/ V
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
, S: I1 `9 W) Y! H) atotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
`: K) ]$ L' `/ @% w0 M' Zincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal 9 ~1 F; Z# S3 z: j6 A+ r3 V: H

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
/ C ]' v F" S, P+ X' AAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.
