JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of

( `1 @) P2 x+ D1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a & L$ b- L R, |7 v( p& ]" t
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in
' B) G+ Y( T. r3 @% V$ X6 Zaccordance with Students' Union policies.

& |; y2 R% H0 ^/ Z% _8 M6 R* }( R3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 2 ?7 B# ^" a3 A8 M
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.6 E$ i N; T3 s% e* b$ Q/ O

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
. I' O0 K' ~4 Y- V qincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal , \) s2 n/ O1 B2 d+ h
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.( B& l# ^( d' _; @ o- C

action when necessary in accordance with established Server

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
# U/ B4 T* q+ t, c5 ^Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.! a, z- Q+ r) A3 E% k
5 i" R) R u. m; @8 d7 ~7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

' c/ j& \2 c; D, G7 ~1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
' l) R# e0 f/ z8 }3 {* [: Voperation.

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge

5) Ability to deal with staff, students and the general public in a
