We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

& {- X& e) n/ M, M* g; R. F- `% _Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

9 H' W! G6 Y- X) ?% F1. Able to communicate fluently in English
) m7 E8 c6 N% R7 l) x2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
9 ~0 X3 D' }1 R7 `+ O4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
: N) o$ K3 S+ g+ o8 V5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
: L+ q0 r6 z* b( E  L/ K1 h# A0 G2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
) h% `6 h& e0 `9 \- Y1 e, e8 d3 P: F3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
7 [7 w+ T/ G, S2 n1 `4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
& [0 ~7 ^! d& ]5 _  B5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
