Requirement:
3 a8 y6 p+ a; T! v2 l6 m1. Able to communicate fluently in English
+ k" i% y4 ^& P F2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
6 x& L+ N0 w; q3 q3 F% t5 k3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
; C- i! t1 m# f; D4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails! ]- z0 R' R. e3 w1 Q( g. T6 P
5. Has class 5 drivers license
) s6 v$ U/ v! k* Z& ]& }7 T6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
- _2 A7 [ q, h2 N* l$ t5 A1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
# p; W# e V. W2 K9 Y/ H2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks* _' `# L9 |. k1 h
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
: W ~. e/ ^+ k; t4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
+ `7 F t4 H% `3 o0 g5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
