Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
# c+ z+ {6 I7 N* F0 `6 n. DMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.+ W0 j3 R/ h5 G$ J$ E, n- G

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
6 h- K% I1 @& WMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
. k* }0 G0 k. U. |: ]2 ZEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
& o( Q2 L& Z- Q3 NSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.; Z+ n/ ^; U- c, g0 N
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.3 v6 M6 q; w( }, I
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
