As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

0 S. Y' B. \: b# D; e; NA comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Financial

) o- s- Q9 \! e6 `Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.8 S+ a( h& J# x2 Q- A
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.3 k" ?5 W" R4 ~* L5 U8 u3 e5 E
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.4 L, J! f1 j, B1 a/ G/ a- t
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.4 Q% ]( P7 B) v7 [. j5 D
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
0 z8 w+ f# I7 E& XSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
+ B% k+ K1 y$ F8 VConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.7 G& M" Y0 F) H( n3 ?5 M" b9 E+ [* D
