As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Financial

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.2 H# ^, ^2 g. T- |

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.) f p* t3 Y! w" d) r$ }. K

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.7 G+ i4 K9 w5 v& U+ `/ a9 u% y
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
