We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.4 v7 ]6 l" _7 J& J: P2 I

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.* y" k+ E n z
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.. {# m3 K. R0 q- h
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.) k# L, p8 A7 s6 P( V
