As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.
$ _0 @; ~& L, h2 gOversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
1 ^1 V4 ]" D3 V& JCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.
Maintenance

7 Z9 w3 m6 Q0 F" ^; N1 e: E0 _Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
8 D2 r" p  X4 L0 z/ q$ _# SMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
5 f) H8 w9 u  ?6 yEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
- o- }" \# u- h' c  PSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
+ L2 y: `) u" ^& x8 H, GPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
* S: B  B5 m, ~+ ]% H- R" oEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
