Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.. R5 I3 |% i& v. G Z; y- x

5 `. m9 l( _5 QPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
/ x' n: ?7 C% N0 e7 VMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
1 B5 q& }6 W6 s. }% m7 XEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.! l2 u8 \* l9 w6 h' J
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.- [4 n- W& Z1 R
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
