As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.7 i6 l/ Z. g. [& x. H. g6 _
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
