As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.5 I- Z: d# p! Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

& N; d& _( | A3 v1 PCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
; R( D1 a0 @2 U, |! |9 R# V4 KMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.! Y" z, _6 Y' q/ R; B$ t
Maintenance

& F) f/ B" S9 Y4 j3 GPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
5 }! a# s' P( cMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
% W$ b) G- ^( v' I/ q5 X' W: m" xEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.1 M/ [; _; P& A
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
# ^5 \/ Y* ?( nConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
# i! [8 i8 D$ C# U2 \Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.7 K4 c- Y o& X3 r( r# @
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.! U4 M. V2 g3 J7 n, Z8 O% q0 ^
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
