As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.# ^: C) e% f* T; q: ~+ O! Maintenance

1 ]( j( v) y. Q7 E K9 W. u. MPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
6 T l% h; i$ C7 L V2 O! VMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
4 N" j: M0 c& Q4 o' w& dEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.2 M9 d2 b! c+ Z0 v) ~; T% _/ ^8 J
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.; Q/ h F: R1 [' l- G
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.. E& i' g. X: O
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.

The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
