Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur. I/ }( n7 H) c
