The second reason is that there are too many Chinese in Vancouver and Toronto.

The fourth reason is that U of A is a little bit cheaper than UBC.$ T% g) x- `9 v; m
The fifth reason is that both U of A and Edmonton have a huge potential to develop rapidly in the near future.
