The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
  E4 s3 }& Z' f# s; j4 E7 bStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

6 a: \1 e" y; MDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
: K. u3 v% T' P* S6 J3 ranswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
. K% O/ ?8 U& ~4 `5 H$ B: raddresses and general office duties.
+ M6 G- q! S# z6 G- E6 k3 O7 c% l' W
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
3 V. R( v+ W9 U) hskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
