Student Intern.

+ i4 r( L4 k2 c( @: R# {, ]Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

# f: S; v5 j7 O; {$ ADuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
* u* @' ?. p' K, M) Banswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
% T/ ]: O0 |* bmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
9 b/ d1 a3 h( _2 aaddresses and general office duties.
  l1 j( G. f4 n; f2 X  A9 b) d
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
3 d& O8 E6 }5 e& a4 Wpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
( h: T8 G4 g! n! S. ]- Fskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
+ M/ d2 x& P5 U& hproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
! l% k2 p. O( c) `  Man asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
" u4 i0 y4 H; Qdirections.
