' I) j6 x- R+ W5 |3 s/ `Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

7 I! j' l5 e0 g  r* ?: K$ _% zDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
, b* z) s  H/ X  t- Eadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

8 a* b! Q% w7 S2 _3 ]7 A4 C& \Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
  O) X& w* f! q1 @' Upeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
3 q8 S+ T3 J. |skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
2 S/ r& M9 w  R$ L9 Ddirections.
