The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

( n. n. U/ a- z1 t" ESalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

0 i" j) S$ m6 \/ m$ e' yDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; r$ m) ^& z3 B) [. I! r! Wanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
) G0 a( b" U! Q. J* N+ Emaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
! ^/ p: R% |3 _, G
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
1 _  x- a& Y7 _$ b3 s( m0 O% L( speak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
