- 35 per week during the busy period. There may be an opportunity for

venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,9 l4 K. l- k- D! L
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for+ u9 F" h1 Q$ [+ R# D' V
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and& z! a- T A) |& r" y9 C0 u% p2 |
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during

assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking

presentations, program binders, evaluation forms, etc.

4 i9 I/ Q# n# n5 Z9 R _Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in6 A) h$ F: Q# v1 P8 P. Q
Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
/ J3 d3 P! h! m) ]' v/ M$ J. Kfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
) W4 `& h. r2 @, N& odemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
, J/ K4 r2 J9 Y8 g: _3 D/ pa variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
" `1 N: V" A5 Y, Oof co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management4 _5 c( j9 }# b9 o9 [" L! y" o
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
