CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

1 U, l. O' V) f, n7 ?0 O2 k& V4 Y-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
* Q- j: o. U; q9 m  u-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
/ h" K$ V+ K" l) j- V-Providing general clerical support to the office.
. _' Z4 L7 N3 s2 G$ g-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
