, h, I$ b$ ]2 c& `8 W# UPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.) {9 c# A9 R  S5 D# b& o

Customer Service: Providing professional and responsive customer service to tenants, owners, and other team members. This involves promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

& U5 y8 u: K6 a) P. `7 HExceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.

" F+ }/ ^2 {1 F( m6 G3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.
