Job duties:
) `/ G0 H# a6 S$ p" G1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
" P+ e4 L1 m) I3 n; C3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) s/ s. i3 r# i1 M/ P$ b2 D5 r6. Visit the building and enter the units
3 }, u! Z/ d3 {, C+ A) j, C3 N# F7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:

2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
