1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments

* j( G$ m$ L+ o7 l% k7 z) ^) W" O4. Handling phone calls and emails
  k: r) _0 I* O3 a5. Bookkeeping
2 o2 B' ?( u) y% p2 y6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
