MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
- g( r( g/ L% \/ \* ?& nBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
& O1 `7 T% j+ L* c0 W- u0 J1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
2 i5 i* A5 s7 {+ A$ S- D) Y4. Calibration of Equipment
. z( g# l: h* m$ X5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
, B3 r2 e9 b2 e1 X" H! \7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
; ?  y1 Q0 e4 z5 S. K2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
' w. Q/ V* x$ V0 ?; n' T4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
