6 g, L1 I. M: \) a) L( c& N% F. VBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
8 V" P; O: y3 W/ S* O1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
3 c7 \6 K6 _1 t3 ^' m6 c, K6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
' N+ K. e* s5 N6 e0 |7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
3 l6 H" C. M+ W( _8 s& [& p1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 n; ~2 L4 P; d& \* G9 h2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( B& f/ D" d5 v& G- _* G7 Y7 p# j3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
+ ^5 F2 t5 g( R: B4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
