, W9 Z  p, |2 h% @- OBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
( y9 B% T) C- \; MDuties and Responsibilities:
( g( k, W8 G6 f9 V; {1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  I8 B: |6 d6 J! }5 F3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
8 _/ _/ t2 h, }/ a, N. r7 ASkills and specifications:
' @) ^) \! U) C6 M: d1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
6 P3 S: f6 r$ }; K  c7 `2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
! q3 n$ M1 y, I6 ?3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
