Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail# _5 z' v! b1 D$ o1 F9 u/ L
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
