Create email templates for operations department& Z/ _! n" I1 }% U5 R V3 Q
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

( n8 }+ n7 S8 @$ B! [9 a" u# ]Update and maintain office policies and procedures
6 F. T- c; F5 wSubmit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers: l% |/ I" v* i

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

0 G( w# E# z% ]) oExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
