Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports: H0 L3 S0 Z6 }! Y0 }) T
Develop and maintain a filing system% M& Q. o0 U( l2 J5 n
Update and maintain office policies and procedures9 B7 a5 n# j9 u b" a- T
Submit and reconcile expense reports1 p. H' y$ `: G
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients1 o, E+ ^! w f9 j+ W- N3 y
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ ?! f0 R/ N5 {; A
任职要求
* K8 ?/ F- X7 [- p( eProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
2 ~8 B' \! n( |/ NKnowledge of office management systems and procedures6 \( |! e' f! \# d/ a# ?4 r9 z5 N" `
Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient5 M1 E( [, X6 m4 `& G3 D. L. ~( D
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
5 C, V( l- A8 q9 ]% S; R# hProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
