Plan meetings and take detailed minutes A( m& a! j; z
Create email templates for operations department* s0 G G! V) V! W0 u
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ _- _$ ]( M4 `8 w
Develop and maintain a filing system9 k& O* u* o: c3 K4 u
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
5 d3 s% w! |0 A4 Z% w& Y3 USubmit and reconcile expense reports, o3 o: g% o& s+ D- e$ Z
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
. }# H& ]/ ~ y& ELiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
