工作职责
* m9 Y$ s' G$ ?Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
: V) K/ ^+ v) t& C/ Q" UŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
8 e- @6 W9 z% w' F6 U  GŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
5 z6 ~2 j1 t' c5 w$ l) jŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
2 X  n0 J4 R- i% m7 E7 ~+ h: J" c7 P' MŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
( m$ J. Q' B3 _' Y! j* O1 }6 oŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
7 m2 [# _# I. e- j5 C. F, NŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
! z3 S3 W. ?: g5 R0 oŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; I- _+ x: N0 d$ _4 H& c, FŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
4 s5 e' z/ _* |( j; M" \" m# nŸ   Valid driver’s license
5 w8 ~% k/ c! _* K2 ?9 `1 a' zŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
; H# m  P& k% l4 E6 o/ Z" eExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
