4 X5 `" w  O5 \% {7 o7 T/ OŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
+ ?5 f5 z9 o- z( J& m; t2 k8 jŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
8 q0 U( x2 s0 o; FŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

/ H. P6 ^( b$ m  O# {Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
3 i' n. h1 ?6 T- T6 K5 _( aŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
/ B# ~9 C6 v% `6 l6 R. _& n* P0 t( JŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
+ |7 p- w5 z( v# t9 qŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
8 L1 L6 W, Y% @2 i3 V$ N6 s, J  A; lŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

$ G" Y. q" \) A, [$ f0 H4 nŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
& w" q; {- m1 ]& ?* W( ^0 yŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
1 {6 r! c; c/ \4 c  r) _Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
1 D# Y5 l/ z  N' \5 u. nExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
