工作职责
" ]  I. o( Z* r. q) }4 s0 XŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
$ X9 d3 |  c# M. sŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
/ q; @; e4 F! v' G5 o. V6 ]) AŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
" W; c) y/ Z1 [& D7 D) SŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.

Ÿ   WHMIS
) X8 ]5 V2 q* O7 L: e9 {5 D3 e5 `Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
& p6 U/ b; e7 TŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
& T* R$ n0 Q7 j. ?) A+ yŸ   Valid driver’s license
# }% b) {* T& B" i7 [/ `Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
2 m+ p5 ]7 s; B- ?/ h' H$ e. r; `Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
