-Job Description
+ ]4 x9 [; L* E$ FThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
/ x8 k- s& I2 H9 xCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
+ n7 b% n" J4 \2 m9 |Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
( m7 y2 h8 U# q$ ^Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
6 z" [, F" q4 ]4 H" v+ Q3 h5 C- Y! xOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
