- g, h3 n7 R; j* ^& z$ W0 WThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
5 E3 _# I8 Z1 l  U: F8 x; K-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
9 Z1 X$ H0 h: z3 q9 HEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
) A2 S/ W5 {( a0 {) RProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
2 T1 o- Q" b, q. p1 o) p* KOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
/ d/ x. @3 C% l$ a$ Q- g/ u$ U5 IMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
