Job Description
' k! o& u+ h' c. p6 vResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.# z/ _8 `& k% k4 e# T* W
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.' }0 C" F4 M% f8 W8 ?9 R
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.5 _! f* j3 [; U% c& @' z
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.# v5 L) r0 a7 ~% _% f
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
% b! k' a* z5 O* ^Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
* S0 J! Y; w/ C, }6 J1 XNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting. s( f" C& f. b9 E
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
: \: Z2 w! A& w2 r9 S1 c2 BBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.7 n1 p2 n7 v. p7 C2 D/ N2 c$ A: W
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
