Job Description
z, D5 a ]2 G& YResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
- t$ \4 p% F+ Y/ U( jResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.9 o; I1 P4 P8 M9 C/ }
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
& M$ t& Y6 Q) j. zResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.! y X& K7 k) D& ?3 a" i- ^2 _' k
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
5 i! q1 h( u4 J/ T7 K yResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.8 Q/ \, @- U% Y" F3 q( `
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
3 A) ~9 f( A% Q' y* c" P- j4 [Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.: }; B K3 h# c! B& F$ j
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc. b6 I1 {7 G: y# ?( i9 P( n
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
