CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

- z+ K' T' z: C$ U8 cResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
0 w7 ]6 U3 O9 B, }•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
# u( P, M- q+ i$ x6 X' _% y•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
' _& H9 n& \; K  |4 X8 y) V•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
' S% X- F# }" g4 K2 a( m* u
! |/ R4 p, b) d5 k! u. n•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
$ L* q7 h+ @/ Y" h. N* T. t•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ \2 ]$ `7 E3 b' C0 I0 w•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
$ `/ G3 @4 i: j, i6 G, N+ ~
Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
