CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

7 T9 N& X: ~- ^& ]/ I" HResponsibilities:
; J2 k' i5 k4 o# Y: u* Z- ]1 d•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
. a& o" b; G9 k1 T/ [1 z  f•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
) C4 ^+ ?; n( y: [6 G0 `•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
; I- v8 [) A3 b•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
8 e" `9 n8 Z+ Q4 F$ \, O( |•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
2 a: I# c  r& W" A3 D( L/ y•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
4 i+ O% L( C4 g•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
( e1 A* L2 L: }/ D$ y•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
