CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

3 X( u2 D% g# ?- U8 z# L0 K. GThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

) O% U5 \/ L7 ~1 h- d' {The procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
0 T) x3 X& b2 m-        Building and managing supplier relationships
/ e: F3 G* Y5 A3 \-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

Requirements:
! n: t/ e# r) T8 K- \- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
8 l: n: q- `+ U  k2 D- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
% L/ |3 F6 |: W& H- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
