Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
+ \* t7 E: ]2 m2 B• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
& k( \+ n; y$ Y• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
  Z: l$ S( z/ C) o4 c# A# c! M• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
# H% D4 c7 H5 @: @2 P1 ]) [• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

$ y8 g$ [0 P% ?• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
9 n1 @6 @6 F. |2 V' `" w• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
% H* X$ G' n* U3 M2 F• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
; n2 E- M6 a" P) S4 E, m  J, R• Strong computer skills and knowledge
1 C: D% X: c6 J: u  S8 ?4 Q2 I0 I• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
8 `. S. V3 u6 l8 i, ^• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
6 O5 y; u4 O$ s; _, w• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
