Job Responsibilities:

' _+ w5 \8 b, ~  m5 t% X: Z  g$ p5 L• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
% C. E* p! O) F: h6 o% X• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
% j0 q9 |4 ?4 }: ]. c" U- Q• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
3 q. A3 j5 T  I# f, P( |* ?# z• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
( R+ _9 R4 G- H1 Z, l, Q4 j• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
' Y0 B4 y9 ^6 z. X1 F' l$ g• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
% X( V1 ^) V: K* ~4 O( V$ z• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
* c/ K5 c2 N' I• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
: \' p" h7 _" y  P! @• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
