8 j3 L* C" V7 E2 T2 `• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
2 p: j4 w4 D, D$ o3 T9 o• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

Qualifications:

! ]5 R5 H% S4 }: B9 M$ p9 O• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
$ e3 W6 x$ @) X; w• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
7 b- {9 C' j4 q) R5 e• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
* Z: L* _+ \/ u• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
1 I; _/ ?. ^+ Z8 |1 y" A• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
/ t( e" x9 v. S3 r4 y7 k+ I6 X• Previous customer service experience

3 _" x6 q4 F, J. v• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
