- Secondary school graduate

- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
2 p4 k+ o% R+ U$ g0 ]: }- Professional appearance and attitude.
: h" |- D5 Q1 U- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
