Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
1 f$ k% o& f% b, e- Secondary school graduate
2 e( x5 H' |* O* R% s  l7 K- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
+ |2 M  ^6 n: s, S- Q5 `- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- I) B' v' |  f" W% V- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
$ q4 w2 f: V- Y& }: Y$ z% G1 s' s- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
7 c; v) R* T7 U, d- a, A- Professional appearance and attitude.
9 V' n- C  `' ^( }- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
) a  b1 K/ P4 l" R- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
; G" z, X; M  ?8 T3 ]- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
