# U1 A- ~) i: s2 }- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
5 O! N6 D( n! h0 w* S- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
' w' C2 n" X5 X" `' w% D0 g, I# q7 H- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
  c! C+ ]/ S) @3 j- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
$ V' _/ b; i& w4 T) T4 A, A9 S# K- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
