Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
9 h% V8 l+ {& Q3 C' J& V-Completion of a post-secondary education
: [% o# B3 Y! Z+ W: X' }-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
) j0 H) d' o9 C! Q. T( W$ i+ w4 h-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  w# p5 [; x1 Z6 d1 l, W- r% g, x-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
0 X& b1 x+ x( `3 e  f* \6 \% m-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
6 p4 K) }: {7 H3 R9 a7 F-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
% P& E9 K1 H$ p' q-Fluent in English and Cantonese
+ [0 R) j# Y+ E-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
