Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- H9 A1 O) U4 `, ?% s-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
4 L1 p& A* [  t8 V6 K* t-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ t0 `) p6 F: }6 x' q0 z9 w/ j) Z& r-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
0 T0 r4 }, ^5 X# |9 T; N3 s+ q-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
+ v4 |3 X# i4 \* V( _6 j-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
$ ]' G: S$ j* d-Sales Experience is an asset
3 h$ O, s1 e/ C$ x/ K$ J: j- X4 B-Fluent in English and Cantonese
! j- v4 D+ q4 Y5 G0 k-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
