- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently& @) J- z" W. _2 c% i; {( I1 r
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.. u5 a8 e# R" V0 X! W% ^* o% _+ z
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly 4 e# h& _6 b+ |% ]0 m# y% u2 i+ O5 ^
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
, O% u4 n3 L0 \; \7 V' z2 Q- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative3 `3 o% P4 }0 y, ]$ h) o
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

) ]* E+ w- M) j0 t( J- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.; Y# n4 q$ n* n$ Q
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
. b8 O: b8 s7 T: c! i+ S- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.. {1 t9 l( s% p4 y
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
3 L7 t; C7 O! X( C' X- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
b, w! V/ f+ a( ^- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
9 u8 k8 m) @, i& U1 N- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.$ i, X7 v1 ^+ `3 a4 T& R2 l9 M* q
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.: x- _4 a# @1 }) O! Y/ ^% ~& J
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.( n8 M# r/ K0 v; T |
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
