- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)7 F& B1 u/ y* q3 }& k9 n
- Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

Job Duties:

- Check order Accuracy in time manner

- Order Checking according to guideline2 t1 C; o3 T# H
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner7 c+ Y) f$ f6 i' U7 @3 v: ?
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment# O4 p% |, I: O  A$ B
- Send orders to warehouse to process
& r+ P. Z5 N3 k8 x8 p2 [9 L* ]- O6 ^- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
$ Y/ E& u8 ~) p8 L- Follow up and report about order status: e# a7 X+ v* i* H( ^! {+ r
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.% L$ ~% w0 ~0 K$ j9 Q% k
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
& Q7 z; _& y" M& f) Y; L- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently3 w+ W! o% ]8 z) u
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
0 |, X! P8 j- K: {8 m/ h) e- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
0 w9 ^' m. W) _- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
+ D# F' k. W% G* M! C. A8 R- Point of contact with Factory in China
( v; J" v4 H( h1 x- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
1 v& {$ U$ F( N$ ^& z9 j- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
- Q) `$ C3 u. g- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
7 I+ R$ L; f- q$ s5 H- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. + O( N: D' H% v) i0 v/ T$ k: K
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 3 A/ b. G( \' G. u& w, Z7 S

5 Y& ?3 u2 o: D3 F! U' b; Z. @- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation./ {2 u) h3 B# i) _+ ]
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
7 }0 Y& Y; D: u  }: _6 k1 T6 k2 [/ }- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.8 _' p# |$ q( P5 G9 p4 d9 O
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics., ^  v& _$ ^/ C* \7 `. n& ]; |' L: r
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
# i5 j' R5 V9 L; Q3 ^+ e( M- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.4 w4 |* h$ p; l; G8 O7 D
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.8 G- _4 I7 s* o( r- L' u
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.0 R# @/ E3 T# D
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.1 `1 E4 X- \5 O
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.. w  q. P; O0 a7 e7 ]+ i& _
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
; |4 F. m5 c" r) E) d' r- Update system with Shipping information at order level ) t7 s) H+ O/ [- {
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures1 x8 j, O- E' p/ Y3 b7 o# Y
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
