4 medium potatoes cut into about 2 to 4 pieces (peel or unpeeled, based on your taste)

DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. 3 m; F C* p8 r% q7 N( `3 B
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. 4 U$ K$ h |& H9 E& u8 M
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.
