•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, q; ?( d( W; G1 t( ]+ C/ _7 ^•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
/ R. K! O9 c; `  a' L/ X- t•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

6 u2 s6 m- u7 V) L0 S% S, W" x; y•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
: f# X& }8 l# W3 D•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
6 a  |/ }; G0 U0 Z0 t( }2 O•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
! _  u7 W7 U* \9 s* c•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
: r6 S- d6 _" k+ y& Y•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
) J+ F  ]5 `9 Z2 P5 f- P9 f* I' S•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
, K; X% [4 X4 s) ?& r# a* q•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
3 }% l5 \( s( q: t- p# l: R/ ]Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

/ u, b* q' Y- @2+ years network related experience.
