天寒地冻，财政赤字，FUNDING取消。想登陆埃德蒙顿的还是要考虑清楚。
所说的5月份会不会有FUNDING要等，明说了吧，FUNDING不会有了，至少在这几年内。
政府财政有盈余才会有资金提供FUNDING,现在省政府大批裁员， ...
