天寒地冻，财政赤字，FUNDING取消。想登陆埃德蒙顿的还是要考虑清楚。- X8 x, |( I3 @3 R6 g+ d
所说的5月份会不会有FUNDING要等，明说了吧，FUNDING不会有了，至少在这几年内。1 [% R6 \/ {! Q0 G! s  U; E
政府财政有盈余才会有资金提供FUNDING,现在省政府大批裁员， ...

必须是移民吗？我们是新来的博后及陪读夫妻，还没有申请移民，只是工作和访问签证，可否申请测试啊？

Alberta Work can give book cost for a learning student.6 ?3 e% w2 Y3 V
ESL Program book cost : $250
4 d* e1 }" c6 E% H# ]Upgrading program book cost : $150/subject (  per term only  3 subjects) total cost: $ 450.1 Z! C9 J6 k+ w6 G) }2 ^
If a newcomer buys a second-book, he or she may save book cost.* H" w6 q# |- C+ }# K* }
Now some newcomers like to choose upgrading program because they can learn academic English words.

可以直接说你有急事要回国，或者其他原因，反正就是不得不马上停上的的事，要是想要再回去上你要给学校出示一个证明证明你是因为什么事停上的
