7 Z/ n- a; i! E; ] w, SAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. ' l& P! f7 E1 ?- I/ |
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
" \- t* E1 J: ]9 f. Q, k$ O! M1 U- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. ' v; k8 A% @7 `6 t) |, ~
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. 4 e" K% m% v6 i4 o6 |2 M) ]) y0 d
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. 7 H( }3 h9 t) x+ e
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). , g l! v/ M/ r! A3 I) U M- f* L
- Managing shift expense budgets.

# D. I5 _( `; v! b; B% }4 p, H) V5 s+ I d) Q+ }$ e, I' M$ F# n
- Previous supervisory experience 4 V/ L$ H1 k$ F) C
- Strong leadership skills " ?/ j6 X* ]7 r$ t# \. ]
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
* C( f/ E9 b) k) s- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills c4 a- J5 c$ c7 G+ B0 g1 s5 [# V6 a
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
8 [# U' g! a- V4 s- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
