5 A9 f9 J& P1 v6 Q$ H; `As a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

( e' s. v, |: ^- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. ( n0 L0 B! m7 F2 t
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
, A# c0 n" e4 O$ i. N2 x- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. , W# N% |9 B% ]0 k5 }
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.

- Managing shift expense budgets.

- Previous supervisory experience

- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
, H' f- V, u% S% Z- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
) L% C0 \% W+ Q7 B6 S- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations 2 c% u9 i9 u; u: k3 D
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
