1984: Triple Five Corporation, developer of West Edmonton Mall, buys property from Woodward's and spends $25 million on renovations.

MARCH 15, 2007: First Capital Realty Inc. pays $70 million for Westmount Shopping Centre and plans to demolish part of the shopping centre between Zellers and Shoppers Drug Mart and build a $21-million Home Depot. S1 w# H$ S$ n; u
