Hawaiian Chicken

•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger # o1 j! O& K7 V7 \1 J* O2 W
•        1 Clove garlic, minced
5 ^* P8 H; e& d: A•        Pinch pepper% u, D8 B. p; s, m
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.9 r4 w* k. @; ]+ H  W) M

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
