Hawaiian Chicken

•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger
; T$ o) d& |5 [4 H•        1 Clove garlic, minced
5 L' [! @, x; U7 \•        Pinch pepper
3 z4 u5 A  u6 d$ e•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.8 K) C1 ?- e6 F

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
