Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.), Construction Trade Certification, Gold Seal membership in the Canadian Construction Association
Experience: 10+ years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports
