在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.7 E% i0 Y+ j( P2 W; [6 ^

2 packages yeast 
& a* P7 ~1 i* L+ }, W9 X) H7 n1/3 cup nonfat dry milk 
0 \! e$ x1 q3 d; Z1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water 
# k' a. p: u! n1/3 cup shortening/ M" s4 G9 j4 E2 D 
1/4 cup honey 
2 E% g9 {' N0 A3 a2 E3 C. w  a2 eggs

0 A* J# Y( @8 s( ]" d% g$ QIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and2 l: I- E. p6 ~9 C/ n2 \ 
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice# M2 H. }: L8 r- v 
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed 
  j2 O9 O; m1 m7 R# k, Kuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually / Q) S6 q8 Y; i. s, {

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,3 {8 m' r- L1 j2 E  \/ m  }: N 
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes/ u. }5 q. T( L- v 
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly1 h8 k$ W8 `4 x# Q) n7 W; h* | 
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
