在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 o. D+ O2 U& U1 p0 g2 packages yeast4 {8 U# v3 V5 V z) [) t
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk

/ x& T( L7 J; @1/2 cup pineapple juice+ ?5 V9 {/ Q$ e; D: d
1/2 cup water; B! D' }* l- l( h9 V5 S" i
1/3 cup shortening

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired, }: W9 [9 p Z% {- t8 N
7 x" y1 G& i+ E8 B% f; J3 m( @In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and& S/ O5 g7 h% i0 A9 z8 k
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice

shortening does not need to melt.)
2 g$ ]) P5 V! \8 }Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed3 T, i& B0 O0 F/ f1 Y5 J+ j
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 2 r" |, f* s" }( r* F5 `1 L$ M
stir# J9 o0 y" Y5 `! W+ M
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 4 b9 A' S, ~7 k8 }/ ]
surface# J/ k; f/ y" y5 J0 A
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,+ ]; J3 n& J( M6 k
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

+ J; n2 g! L6 W$ B$ F* c( Z8 fPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.$ s1 o# ^7 r# c. b2 Q
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place $ Z$ Q# i; V: W* q" }: f

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 0 h. a2 b9 c w) z* d# n0 B

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
