适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.' c* Q8 e( L* m; w, K

2 r$ [' b, Q; i8 W4 Y4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR* V, v) u  n" d; d+ Z7 x# i8 L" G3 \+ ?
2 packages yeast
! Y( N. V. h/ j( a1/3 cup nonfat dry milk  Z- s' K& M1 E* F) G& I9 ?
1 teaspoon salt$ }% S" S: a# _, f
1/2 cup pineapple juice6 X7 y- G6 y# Y: ?) C
1/2 cup water
# X' p2 x& E; c5 |7 B* N2 s8 d1/3 cup shortening
. b" k4 L: u, N: ?3 U  e1/4 cup honey; Q. Z3 z' F9 N3 D) C7 u
2 eggs
! u6 W; l' f0 Z$ M1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
) q! v' H2 n7 H! H" J9 f5 ~% u3 N, r6 u7 G4 ^
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
. T+ t7 J( l" [: csalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice& n9 h: _: S+ v" d( |
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;1 g* ~- {  B+ p+ e: H
shortening does not need to melt.)8 q* r) _3 |& X$ R$ H
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed* L) @! T7 q$ f5 u
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually % T, o5 j# g3 [, K
stir, p1 C: K5 a! L7 S
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
9 a& j- c: Q. C1 t3 n: `( {surface
: N+ Y2 T% c& Tuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,, a6 P1 J( M5 q# N9 A
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes2 R; G; P" h$ P
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

! X" V  E, v6 ~) a% j9 Z5 S' s1 IPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
; ]2 ?$ o- T7 l  ]) o! g* S% q8 o, OPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ; P; E, A# B7 E" ~! y! Z7 s
15$ h. O+ P) Q! r8 ^" ^
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
' O+ l1 o" O8 g5 l; g, Mbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
