适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

' ^& |+ w* M# q( P) O( J4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR0 M6 T, ?, D) @( f- D$ k# K1 g# z
2 packages yeast& w4 p* J! C5 `1 W- O2 K0 y
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
7 q0 D! T9 O9 a9 Q1 teaspoon salt% ?6 \" |5 m& d' r' k& u
1/2 cup pineapple juice
  @1 l3 a2 ~( v5 s7 X1/2 cup water- n& q4 g9 \- K+ W# ]5 ~
1/3 cup shortening/ O7 u2 o$ e! P7 G! g
1/4 cup honey
, Q! {9 c3 J$ h8 f# x; ?2 eggs
& O9 l& w' ^* ]: \- Q1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
, p, O5 x: w! g( b* Psalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice$ J& e! N0 {; O" p8 ~0 T
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;' |6 J2 z% Q7 @/ m: k
shortening does not need to melt.)
1 u. S5 H6 v8 N' K$ x8 r. rAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed- `$ x3 i) D: U- o: k' C* d+ B. Z
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 8 M3 y# X8 b3 C& @# }. Y' w& D
stir7 ?8 D" P9 }$ A
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
) H& f* e. x2 \surface9 l& A; z. S. x( ], e3 n8 }8 J
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
$ [* [$ w4 L  y! q, t7 n7 y0 F4 G9 X5 nturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes. i- c* G0 o' }# y1 k
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).7 p# _- M- M5 i5 c2 v" P6 @

8 j; l& o0 v0 {' b+ PPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.: u0 a" R0 M- K4 a+ _9 C/ @* o" c2 u
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 5 q  N, [. R' N, u; c: {+ N9 J" Z

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly3 @4 r! Z1 d' S  g6 L
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
) L: E1 E" t. p1 Ffor" I+ i! n! j" ^( @
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
