适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread
6 ^  O  M! e! M1 N1 p( j- T; s' F/ Q! H6 Q
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR5 G/ Y1 Y, F, z% \2 d
2 packages yeast% P5 P. c: q% M) f
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
* F+ S4 o9 `) M1 teaspoon salt
9 S4 q- U' L, J* `1/2 cup pineapple juice
; d* x1 N' g% p0 |# K1/2 cup water( L. v5 X: L& B9 M) n3 j& }
1/3 cup shortening* b1 r* `0 E! Y0 T+ Q8 S
1/4 cup honey
( k/ U$ {& p  W9 `1 A7 i2 F2 eggs
/ G. C4 R& C3 j3 N: q1 H0 i. B1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
! }1 F6 q! s0 Q$ `( c
4 T- K) u  ~5 S* a% b" Q! h8 e# lIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
% u3 p8 b% w' k/ esalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
, k6 g' u& ~; R; T4 q, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

/ r# y+ \; R' }  fAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed/ U" }+ Y* q7 }+ g1 x+ V$ `  q
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
$ ?/ t2 }3 G4 w  N3 x; @stir2 E6 k7 N0 V$ F# j1 k" c
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

6 G- ~  J1 `/ z$ I8 b1 iuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
$ @6 {( k0 X$ [, @3 [turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes2 b, ]# F4 e! p( D" O( G
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
* v+ w/ @6 c# P" l# x% j! x/ S3 P5 D* ~) f
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.$ X' t8 @. w: a+ n8 m0 T  ?! w! {
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place * A* `- `: G) l2 g- l  ?$ U

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

; S- P1 ]7 g" h6 d35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
