适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR" _# \1 q5 O# i# N7 r8 H1 Y
2 packages yeast
( l7 ]' S0 s& G; \. O: @# p1/3 cup nonfat dry milk% d1 k' C! R; o0 y
1 teaspoon salt
! {! w5 J- b' Z) z* t+ ?1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 I: z$ }& d7 a# V# Q- j5 L5 E1/2 cup water
# }* x# Z  V" s/ u/ I- e# O1/3 cup shortening  y( G: H! {! @. J2 a
1/4 cup honey! r/ c3 ]( q2 M+ \# n! v3 @
2 eggs. g; C! V* G% X& O! l$ b8 W
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
, }/ g6 w: U: m$ T/ r+ J+ G
0 Y7 _+ d! H% A' V9 e6 a, e$ ], OIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and! o/ c$ m" t  d% K  Z0 o8 R9 u
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
9 V! R8 Y% a9 N  u" Z, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;8 U' M& v, S; Z6 \# m+ {
shortening does not need to melt.)
5 ~  O8 E6 W; dAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
; h- g  k# N) h5 p9 Huntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
8 e, y( b0 k# }8 Z4 W" I; Qstir
6 }$ f5 ^  k2 d9 Zin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured $ F, b* d# q. Z3 r
surface7 ~7 {4 u$ V; [5 T5 X
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 ]1 ~2 I0 H. m( t4 g6 Eturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes9 a% B" ?) H! z
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

' i( e( R" T: @0 vPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
) _+ \6 D2 B4 |& f( ?' ~Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

# j) \; d  h# |. y7 lto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
- B4 g7 K/ a& ~& {beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
