在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.# i) N- V7 P o5 k+ t' d8 \

2 packages yeast

1 teaspoon salt. m) \4 R7 B. t
1/2 cup pineapple juice5 q3 a4 X3 ~$ R+ R
1/2 cup water* o; e1 g. b4 T- I: ]5 z
1/3 cup shortening

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed6 _; ~8 E+ S4 _, l
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 7 U# W- C; o2 w6 f

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured - L+ P$ r7 m( a+ ?. ?

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes2 q" Z* i. l) Y8 L4 f

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
