SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

$ G1 Y8 R# \- t$ Q8 w. o- qRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
' [6 F4 W/ V7 N; [! v% {5 R) m: v   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
7 r5 A# R( j9 Q1 N# g& t; @& q   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
/ R- b1 |3 [& _3 X3 L• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
# ~2 `( ^7 ~6 u3 m& ~& u• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
2 q. @+ I) u. ?( |5 y4 `platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
" U- w8 x/ M) X9 J2 i• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

: f$ `) T! e$ \% g" PSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- k' _; B* i" T9 @3 d2 K" ^• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
: F4 {3 n  ^7 U! u' Z; ~• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
7 P; o; h* H- @  N   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
7 Y8 N7 P0 a  r! y5 W6 a   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
: e, U( g. J  h2 y! y• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
. I- e# m; U5 A9 r# o/ m4 s• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
) f  O  I9 |- q• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
1 K  H) \' u" m• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

3 {5 T$ b* j  M# ^( w( F  S• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
