EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL AND/OR POST SECONDARY

DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

5 E8 A% e- Q* }RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
8 v5 V- X0 Y( j1 v   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
& f: P2 G/ x% Z  x  e. @/ C/ y   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
# r7 ^, a! n) p   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
3 u9 Q4 T# D# z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
; [% a+ J+ {6 _4 ~" W• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
: I! _% ^9 p- @SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
; n& @' H9 S$ @, y8 ?• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

3 S& P. b6 p- u• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
! f8 W" v8 l: G% W" p* \6 C• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
" k" o; O$ n: s5 e, a• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
! A! B) c& t7 |# E• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
