( x( @2 R3 E! N, }+ tSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

: e" Y) V0 [3 R* H5 y0 IRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
  w5 y: k% D% S1 q   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
/ `  X7 X- E. D' e( |+ y   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
" u$ V& O8 G3 j+ F0 O0 t   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" r3 V" P. i% r, C# |& ~3 p2 R• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
! D# n5 j  k8 ~; p7 z6 tplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
* l6 b. ~4 E6 u0 qSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
1 A( G" G- Z& B7 j• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
+ K2 {) U; r* @6 c# T• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
4 J* `% S, \2 u5 p0 H- a3 l; Q' Y• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
& a' A& ~6 x% _9 `/ F• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
& t! D$ |9 t( y- a& k   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
. }8 `3 E; `- y' y   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
$ L* g: g! t; C2 w7 a) z   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
  D4 S1 K0 Y7 I2 ]2 b7 c. I2 E9 P   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
3 R/ Q! Q+ e: Y9 X7 Q, j• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
1 K' g& J. o2 R• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
