RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
! z1 i- |1 ~/ m& Y1 k• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
0 `% C& z6 O4 m8 \0 z& X# W o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
( s5 j2 n+ k/ P$ P( N o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
- B( p j) B; m: N( X8 [* ? o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 20004 n! `* E! f3 R* ]) `
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003

. F: f$ Y: L3 D o VMWare Virtual Server solutions$ z) ], u8 K: M; N5 ?
o Linux based operating systems* F# K) m6 W3 x# {* _8 G+ _4 M
o Sun Solaris operating systems j) C) N) Q0 {/ m+ F
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
8 B$ F0 f9 Q% {" O• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows7 X. M S, s: j$ y4 H: v
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
# V( u1 e) H1 I5 I' _6 j& n6 uSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work6 C# d/ |5 C2 k, c: d
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
4 M( I2 G0 K0 j• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005: r$ l' g. a. O1 a4 H# L( z2 `. b
• Have 4+ years of network design experience, ^& Z4 ~0 f, S
• Have led medium to large sized projects- [8 H; U6 ^$ C
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory. a2 ~* U0 k2 `. h+ E4 X1 p0 z
