• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
w5 y: k% D% S1 q o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20032 e* l6 N) Z9 i6 T
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft Operations Manager9 Z- ?0 ]& O1 j: E: \
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions

o Sun Solaris operating systems, S; P- N' g# N; q9 P, m+ u
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience3 Z3 _$ s* {" Z8 |$ d% A( c, z$ P
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.6 C9 g3 R7 ~: b* u' L/ g" T
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" r3 V" P. i% r, C# |& ~3 p2 R• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005! M6 b0 }3 |. p: a [
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
