% N9 d2 r5 f8 CSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

# C; ~: J9 G" e/ e; S; DRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
  R$ \3 }" Z* S9 w• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
" P9 c3 ^) _! U& }, P, ^& `# t   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
* U' x: F* u' H   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
/ ]: r. Q, |" _' l( i- T7 L9 |3 N   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
5 g: e$ Q0 G* h& l, ?; O• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
  U: n+ m7 x- @) ~; h0 `platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
7 V9 k: S. l/ H' {$ A! hSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
9 o- l8 J( k) u3 e! A; M• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
: W+ b7 \" U! A1 C9 ?) n• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
9 Z% b$ t+ s3 R/ S• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
6 w1 W% |4 `! f5 c" D9 c4 O- }: @: T• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
2 l9 ?: i* r; E& R   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
4 E9 v7 ^* H8 R% I$ J# k% @3 n   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
# ?' U! M: t; ^; T! T   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
. n7 E$ B# V: X   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
* ]0 D4 T* \/ _; w7 \• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
: e/ V$ I; R% m% M• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
! T7 [0 S! G/ Q( y• Have led medium to large sized projects
! R" I/ i# V6 S/ M• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
