SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
* j1 p0 P2 \# I- d: [• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
6 V$ d; g" ^8 |% @   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
' o# d# C! F6 f   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
0 m5 ?. J! T' ?/ P& }   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
1 G. @! @6 ]: [" q2 _( i* B• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

8 Y" p7 ]. [4 z: k" `4 |• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
# ]# ~. `4 P4 Z1 R, N* xSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
% Q2 U; n. ?7 N/ m7 s" x• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

( e" I* v4 D5 C: O% TSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
8 Q2 }: D4 \1 R8 ^• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
/ ]3 T6 O1 s7 T• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

  o8 A6 ]* X; H; a3 u; ?   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
