give u one choice, don't know it's the best:
hsbc 90 days >10000, about 4.3+, you need to negotiate with them to get highier than 4.3
or some local bank depend on where u live;

CIBC的较高. >32天, 4.315%, >62天, 4.375%. 到他们的一个BRANCH去查一下就好了. 电话没法查. SHORT TERM DEPOSIT.
