| The house prices are ridiculously high now, they will drop in 1-5 years for sure. It is too risky to buy a house now, you may end losing a lot of money. Now those construction workers make tons of money, if you buy a house, you are donating money to them. If you have too much money, you can do that, if not, you need to think about it carefully. $ O7 u, ?, ]; f1 R9 U, ~+ t6 N  A/ UThere is no difference in terms of life quality between renting a house or owning a house. A house is just a place for you to live no matter you own it or rent it. The benefit to own a house is you can build equity from it. After 100% price increase in the recent years, I don't expect to get 10% increase annualy.
