I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
"I am going to send it back".
- `; _7 w# z/ X* w( W  i% [- FI did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
2 d. h+ Y2 b( m! {& t1 e "I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
; M/ M& M' |, }2 L4 X1 e7 JHe said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
( @2 R. U6 U' Q9 I; P"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
"Yes, I did."
7 D$ E, l% U$ C4 D, `. ~- ZFinally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
/ }" V0 n; I, c9 u% fHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
  r5 _+ p, s( G/ A; E9 }5 ?"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
7 O5 i$ |: C0 l( J) OHe took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
I gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:

& C6 f# Y6 Y8 l1 b; B: b, X2 bI was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
, y$ j4 S0 i* C/ G# y8 bMy heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
8 U/ B4 Z# B  q! VHe did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
