We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
% J& v6 S; t" h0 c: d- O• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
4 l" H+ e! b/ T5 x; \• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
) }4 R( \, t9 z' q• Prepare financial statements
: W( m7 y* |1 k% `" W• Prepare corporate tax returns
& W) ^3 P( Z0 X: @• File GST returns 8 F! P2 N) B% [: O+ I# h3 g
• Process payroll v4 `) T2 Y- E9 G, I+ {7 l4 u
• File T4/T5 returns
0 b4 Q; B; }( O# S" v• Prepare personal tax returns
+ v) K! _; {& {• Communication with our clients and government agencies - c# Q0 E' {4 R- L3 q. |

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

6 P. }7 x0 \% ~3 p$ e5 t3 Z; u# E5 pConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
