" v; O! R) L* l( vWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: 9 R& {) r1 G4 ? B5 D
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) : f. u3 I$ ~/ Q, l. V- o
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, 9 y; @ K3 C1 A( ^% [- ?
• Prepare financial statements ( O* {5 }: e: p( J
• Prepare corporate tax returns
3 A* E- H# o3 q" Y, K' @• File GST returns
, @% O. Q2 u# _. ^( t• Process payroll0 J, b7 ]( i) Z G8 e; o! v9 m
• File T4/T5 returns
w. N; e$ c/ b8 w; N7 N X• Prepare personal tax returns 2 V1 K+ G ~+ c0 b
• Communication with our clients and government agencies 0 Z- P. K; `$ V; k" y6 h

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. ' o4 ?6 x/ B0 p6 M2 `3 V B1 [

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
