埃德蒙顿8月3日报道：所有住宅的平均售价为$384,504持续保持强劲，比上一个月上升了2%，比去年上升了3%。独立屋平均价格为$450,366比上一个月和去年都上升了3%。公寓因为六月份一些豪华户型的销售，七月份的平均价格回落到$257,482，比上一个月下降了2%，与去年持平。双拼/联排的平均价格为$348,050，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月下降1%。

5 K) m. L* L$ H& _9 S/ m1 g7月新房上市量为2895套，比上一个月下降了5%，比去年同期下降了7%。 截止月底有8048套住屋仍在埃德蒙顿市场上，比上一个月的的8179套有所下降，比去年的7226套，2015年6月的7177套和2014年6月的5609套均有上升。
