• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.+ w' S2 B9 M) a* V( l4 y- ~' s
• Post advertisement, D6 g; c; g1 q: S# y2 Q
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries., ?0 Q8 P; ]' s
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.* }/ r" } u6 f! ? f" Q
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.( k, T7 _" I1 T9 Q3 ^
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
- x' j* b, ^3 O6 J5 v; b, S• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.5 a* S+ O4 `, [
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases)./ _% ^% a- _; K7 a7 c, h
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
* L" ?8 u5 R% ~• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.3 B) Z. q) s* Y3 |
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

$ O4 E5 n2 }, \7 g- m! U( u2 Y7 m• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset% [; h7 R l% j0 C" Y0 |3 @
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
T3 g* R" N, r+ P+ ?5 y' D• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
! W6 O, z: d: m& F+ D4 F• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
; C! ~+ a* w' K8 {9 L; s• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
1 C# b+ P) L* J c- e• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license# }& t; `1 X) w8 G6 C% W
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills& C5 p o1 m( {; Y5 U2 W K
