• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.* J3 ?8 x0 P8 M( g8 ~& d6 L5 ?7 k
• Post advertisement1 ~! o6 t( o8 W! r T
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.6 J% \' u# Z+ v5 Q9 F B! t6 A
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
. l) m6 V7 U1 W• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.3 R% c$ i1 k& r; `1 M) L
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
7 z" K) P& K5 V; a5 I, ^• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
z$ X/ c. a4 w& x• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
( s2 g, X8 d! I: z0 S S" o' I; Y• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.9 [# |* Q0 C/ B6 Y8 o2 d* L& K

& L1 ^, A3 g& p) }• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset: G7 b, n, G& y, {7 Q" b4 p" ^
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
$ K- W! A" s' m) O* M% D• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
" U) i9 x- O( E& y4 r! |; }• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
0 U' [0 c p% y) O/ j• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal$ A" p0 s1 z0 k7 s8 W: {
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
% w- w m4 ^( `+ f• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
