Key Responsibilities:
& I* Y: g$ I; N2 [• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

* I; d+ _% a6 B5 W$ z4 |* i( h• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
- j: R, G" E: U: \• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
! v. E# B3 [% [• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
8 X' Q8 v7 V7 ^& w3 V2 y1 l. [• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
% D% I; ^$ s4 ?; \0 K• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.% S7 p$ t4 k; f: \: n
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).- \7 @2 k1 Z( f& X) @) \/ B% @9 b
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures. S5 U; U# s) R( d) m
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

+ I$ \0 o2 v- G( q: XRequired Skills & Abilities:, ?, ~# d; u) R9 N% J* t, [
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
$ |9 r2 U2 Q* q1 z3 Q9 G• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred) j2 w# E9 y4 l% R/ O
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
