Government of Alberta is looking for a .NET web developer (4+ years experience) with 3 years contract
2 R: i- `( N: U* A3 d! `Requirements:
! x% ~6 B. p+ l% C        Experience with developing and customizing Content Management Systems  
        Experience working in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
2 a- S# B9 w6 i: w. }: y; G        Experience defining web application requirements with clients and developing and maintaining the web application based on those requirements.
        Experience writing and maintain technical documentation.
2 D$ u9 F2 d/ W3 f        Experience in performing unit testing / system testing activities.
( o# z* w6 J/ h1 A        Experience in designing the appearance and layout of websites or web applications.
1 f/ \' F8 v+ r% g5 V' c. y9 v        Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 or higher, Microsoft C# 3.5 or higher and .Net MVC.
        Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher.  Experience with stored procedures and triggers.
# @" X* d9 ?+ O0 h7 Y2 A8 D        Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or higher.  
        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server or equivalency (GitHub, SourceForge, Subversion, etc.)
        Experience and technical knowledge:CSS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML5 and HTTP RESTful Services.
        Experience and technical knowledge of responsive design.
        Experience and technical knowledge of JSON.
  q; j  p2 @& r        Experience in creating and optimizing content for a website that uses a variety of graphics, a database and animation.
* u$ s3 [, n9 S: ~1 t9 P* {) [) v        Experience and technical knowledge of modular programming techniques.
       
Rate: $65 - 75/hour (depends on your experience)
