Qualifying Educational Programs
1 S. p& U' q5 R6 `& B6 lUsually, a qualifying educational program is a course of study that lasts at least three weeks in a row, with at least 10 hours of instruction or work each week. A program at a foreign educational institution must last at least 13 weeks.) b6 z% Z* f0 V
( v/ M7 }2 b8 W1 B: k, Z& q4 HQualifying educational programs include apprenticeships, and programs offered by a trade school, CEGEP, college or university.
