Job Summary:
/ C1 m& n( [; RProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

$ W3 E2 @& n% n( Z5 b. ]Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
! [" P* j7 {: R6 L( q9 s· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
; x% A! @; j* ?! h+ k1 a· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.+ n4 _% @- J T7 |: V: \2 w
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
! j2 _ O- _9 ]3 R· Manages report database.2 M. n+ d4 p" ?- h2 O
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.3 A0 w9 \7 p8 @, {0 W T
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset." T% L0 Q2 G' B. g8 U/ _

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
