Job Summary:
. {3 g, h0 i3 iProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

7 h, X k9 n3 v; Y: u& W$ p* T% ~Essential Duties and Responsibilities:: `) _7 _4 Q: v0 b' ?8 I
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission., l" c, \0 m* r6 b/ c
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
7 e% w0 k A5 D" w) p6 J! S4 e· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

* {3 X) ?0 [3 W2 q3 a: n· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
7 B6 C! @2 h4 d' Z# j· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.+ Q0 n1 D8 M N6 x
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.( p) C+ x) q6 G
· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

" ~% u9 w0 _+ }5 l$ K. b2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.; B* H- Y; w) g2 _0 C- d

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
