Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.- p& {4 r4 A7 {9 z
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.6 b- U" r9 d* F2 Y. q
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.) Z3 y* `9 h, f* H+ V2 M/ m% w; _6 V/ R
· Manages report database.2 J' e/ D" N# E8 T. u+ U/ P) [
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
& f- A5 T. _9 f7 {/ f2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

9 L- P. ?, A* X% mCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.+ ?2 v' q! @1 B( T# R

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
