• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.( ^- P. f" z: Z
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
4 Q+ E6 m1 t" A• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible% _0 S( z- H5 T
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:' N3 F2 l* A) V# M

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role2 Z' |" f! r9 Z- h
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
7 _! a$ f/ `4 U1 u4 ]8 I( I# Y• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
5 ^6 L+ U# u; t( V/ p B/ t• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
