DUTIES:

6 ]* q0 k) p* }0 }. r* `* w3 m• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
$ G: ^0 d/ h4 X4 v) g• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.0 ~2 Y0 f% r- x2 N2 y, E
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible2 z$ g4 T7 f% F g& e7 s9 R
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

/ ^- T9 ^4 r% D) o) \. h. v• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
1 L2 X2 O$ X4 R: `• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study' G, ?% q/ N8 m$ V I
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
8 B! _7 Z9 `# R9 Q' ~* l7 J$ ?. V) [9 Q• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
4 [. x; P* X5 t7 ?+ W3 s7 v• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
