第二个罪是criminal negligent homicide,是 class E不是manslaghter,class B,你就是把manslaughter和homocide搞混了。% O+ Q# a c& X, X* I% O P+ m
纽约没有criminally neugligent manslaughter,如果有犯罪行为的manslaughter,是顶级重罪,像你所说的仅次于谋杀的重罪。这个在纽约叫一级误杀。梁Sir没有被charge这个。梁 Sir如果被charge这个罪名而且成立,至少刑期是4年,而不是说得0到15年。
