. c7 \, _- X0 c% f7 j9 s( I0 d埃德蒙顿2016年2月2日报道：住宅库存继续保持强劲，一月份MLS系统显示有5,751套房屋在售，比去年增长了39.2%，比上个月增长了13.03%。但是一月份的销售量有所下降为618个单元，比上一个月下降13.32%，比去年同期下降了7.21%。

一月份的平均从挂牌到售出的天数涨至71天，比12月份的62天和2015年一月份的58天有所增加。增长的主要原因是公寓的在市天数为85天，比上一个月的62天和去年的61天大幅增加。

“上市天数的增加反映出买家在买房前需要更多的时间来考虑”Sedgwick说到。 “客户正在根据个人的情况而寻求他们房地产经纪人的建议和指导”。
