( D; c3 B& z/ n' p! ?1 u9 }It is not a secret that the bar for LMIA/LMO has been raised significantly compared to previous years. In addition to $1,000 application fee, employer needs to well demonstrate how they cannot find a Canadian to fill this job. I agree to some extent that you will find some industries/locations that actually cannot get people, but I think this type of application needs to be well prepared and well presented case by case. Generalizing it and making LMIA sounds fast and easy, in my opinion, are usually fraudulent and suspicious.

If you are ICCRC member with good standing and you are specialize in LMIA application, big bucks await in this economy. Good for you.
