得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

An open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

7 H/ C  J- ^! L: T5 h( H: T% Nan authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
( o3 a6 ^. d3 W  F' x- x2 kproof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
; x; Z' Q/ V* z. l, J9 r6 m8 Tpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
