Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

The room is available at the beginning of September.

: H5 m8 y' N' V  Q+ It takes only 15 mins directly to MacEwan Univ by bus no.8.
+ Bus no.130 goes directly to University of Alberta in 27 mins.
+ Buses no.8 or no.9 can take you to Downtown in 20 mins.
+ e8 Q+ t/ E% ^# U6 @1 l5 X2 J* J+ You can take no.8, no.9, no.12, or no.130 to Kingsway Mall in 8 mins.
+ No. 12 can drop you at Superstores or Canadian Tire in 10 mins. + Lots of restaurants (eg. Subway, Korean BBQ, Lan's Asian Grill, Smitty's, etc.) and stores (eg. Value village, Dolarama, convenient stores, etc.) are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
