We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.( A7 j! s g7 L2 d7 Q1 B1 ^

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments1 `' N( q* Q% q6 R7 c- S. o" {' O
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
/ r$ Z$ G9 v6 ?- V& V6 dAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines& [+ D8 @9 l) U7 F
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
5 _) g4 y( S; Q( V5 fOversee file management for all LMIA matters;4 R& I0 M e" E s
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;' u y ~) q- ?/ X
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.! o6 O" w1 R7 R. z& @3 q6 M
Conduct all work within established time standards;9 x) o9 ^% ?, {
