We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.4 ^8 L: C- S# H$ r" g- J+ O1 ?! L

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
9 o! M1 b2 D) c4 `) h/ IWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
7 U' p; u# H; p+ r: H! cAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
. l# A+ k9 t/ t% z0 G }5 fManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;8 w- n: }* s1 W5 L5 O; N
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;6 \. O- p1 G2 L# L0 A Y" N
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;+ w7 t, H; [: k2 A9 V' [
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.: j$ a! F& @8 k% A$ w8 Z; s
