大家好，有想提升英语交流水平或者英语很棒交流没问题的同学想要租房子的请看看。实验室一位同学找室友，另外两个室友也是UA的学生，都是国际友人哦。房子很不错哦。

- The lease contract is one year from September.

- The rent is $525 per month with all utilities included except internet that we share monthly.

- The house have one bathroom, spacious kitchen with microwave and dish washing  machine. Living room all furnished and many storage places, including a big space  downstairs to put your luggage or other things, the laundry is located downstairs as well. The  heat system is very good and even the bathroom floor is heated and can easily be adjusted.

  w2 k( B% {5 L2 c' a. {) O-Location: The house is located in a friendly and safe neighborhood close to Southgate LRT station. If you take the bus, it takes only 3 to 5 min to get to Southgate. There are two bus stops (170m and 300m far from the house) with frequent buses. There is a No Frills grocery store within 300 meters (the cheapest supermarket!).

- The house is shared with two other girls. They are students at the UofA very friendly and clean.
